Ordering & Shipping
Orders are typically confirmed, processed, packed, and prepared for shipment within 1 business day from the date of purchase. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once tracking information is available. Please note that processing times do not include shipping time.
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days after shipment.
- Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-2 business days after shipment.
Shipping times depend on your location and the carrier’s schedule.
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on orders over $99. For orders below this amount, standard shipping is $7.99, and express shipping is $15.99.
Currently, we ship exclusively within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, U.S. territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands), or private mailboxes.
Once an order has shipped, we are unable to guarantee an address change. You may try requesting an address update through USPS or UPS Intercept Service. If unsuccessful, please reach out to our customer support team for further assistance.
If you're unable to receive your package, you may check with USPS or UPS for available hold services, such as picking up your order at a local post office or a carrier access point. Please refer to the carrier’s website for specific details and availability.
Sometimes, carriers create shipping labels in advance. It can take up to 48 hours for tracking updates. If there is no movement after this period, please contact us.
Allow 48 hours after the delivery notification for your package to arrive. If it still hasn’t arrived, check with neighbors or contact the carrier.
Once an order number is assigned, we are unable to modify or cancel your order. If you need changes, please contact hello@bemyyouth.com immediately. If your order has already been processed, it cannot be changed, but you may return unopened items in accordance with our Returns Policy
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns for unopened products within 14 days of delivery. Contact hello@bemyyouth.com to initiate a return request.

The product(s) must be shipped within 14 days of approval.
Ensure the return includes proof of purchase (receipt, order number, name, and address).
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or missing items, email hello@bemyyouth.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged product and packaging. Our team will review and determine if a replacement, store credit, or refund is applicable.
Subscriptions
Subscribing allows you to save on your favorite products with automatic monthly deliveries. At the moment, all subscribers receive 10% off each eligible subscription item.
We’re currently working on expanding our subscription program to include tiered discounts – offering greater savings when you subscribe to multiple items per month. Stay tuned!
You’ll receive an email notification before each shipment, and your card will be automatically charged. Deliveries are scheduled monthly, so there’s no need to select a frequency – your items will arrive automatically each month.
Yes! You can modify or cancel your subscription anytime through your online account, as long as the change is made before your next order is processed.
