Bemyyouth, LLC Subscription Policy

This Subscription Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms and conditions governing the subscription services provided by BeMyYouth, LLC ("BMY," "we," "us," or "our"). By enrolling in a subscription, you ("Subscriber") agree to be bound by this Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not enroll in or continue participation in our subscription program. Your use of the BMY website is also governed by our [Terms of Service] and [Privacy Policy], which may be amended from time to time.

Subscription Benefits & Discounts

Subscribers currently receive 10% off the regular price of all eligible subscription products.

We are actively working on expanding our subscription program to include tiered discounts based on the number of items per month — with increased savings for multiple products. These enhancements are coming soon and will be shared with our community once available.

BMY reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, discontinue, or adjust subscription discounts at any time. Any such changes will apply to future orders and, when practicable, will be communicated to Subscribers in advance.

Billing & Payment

By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize BMY to automatically charge the payment method on file based on the selected delivery frequency. Subscription charges will be processed upon order fulfillment. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information remains accurate and up to date to avoid service disruptions. In the event of a failed payment, BMY reserves the right to suspend or cancel the subscription until payment is successfully processed.

Order Processing & Shipping

Subscription orders will be processed and shipped in accordance with the selected delivery frequency. You will receive an email notification prior to each shipment. If an item in your subscription is out of stock, BMY will notify you and may offer a substitution or adjust your order accordingly. Shipping times and methods are subject to BMY’s standard shipping policies.

Subscription Modifications & Cancellations

You may modify or cancel your subscription at any time through your online account, provided the change or cancellation is made before an order is processed. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled. Cancellation of your subscription will result in the immediate cessation of future recurring charges. BMY reserves the right to terminate a subscription at its discretion, including, but not limited to, cases of suspected fraud or abuse.

Returns & Refunds

Subscription items are subject to BMY’s standard return policy. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must contact our customer service team within 14 days of receipt to request a resolution. Refunds or replacements will be processed at BMY’s discretion in accordance with our Shipping and Returns Policy.

Amendments to This Subscription Policy

BMY reserves the right to amend this Policy at any time to reflect changes in business practices, services, or applicable laws. Any modifications to this Policy will take effect immediately upon posting to our website. Continued participation in the subscription program after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
