Shipping Policy
BeMyYouth, LLC (“BMY”) is committed to providing a seamless and reliable shipping experience. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping methods, estimated delivery times, costs, and other important information regarding your order. By placing an order with BMY, you agree to the terms outlined below.
We aim to ship orders on the first business day after they are placed. However, delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose (standard or express) and your distance from our facility, among other factors. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and then again once your package has shipped. This second email will contain any tracking information you need to track your order.
Once the product is shipped, the carrier (UPS or USPS) will update you with the tracking information.
If you encounter shipping issues after receiving an email from us indicating that your package has been shipped, we ask you to follow these steps:
Check your email for tracking information. We send you an automated email with tracking information once the order is shipped.
If your tracking information has not been updated with the carrier in a few days, we kindly ask that you contact the carrier with your tracking number to verify the status.
If your order was attempted to be delivered and failed, we ask that you contact the carrier with your tracking number to verify the status. There may be a mistake in the address provided or confusion regarding the drop-off location.
Shipping times:
Standard shipping takes 3-7 business days to be delivered after we ship (typically within 1 business day from the date of purchase). This depends on your proximity to our facility.
Express shipping takes approximately 1-2 business days to be delivered after we ship (typically within 1 business day from the date of purchase). This also depends on your proximity to our facility.
Shipping times are approximate and provided to us by the carrier. They may vary depending on location, shipment method, holiday volume, carrier-related delays, and other factors.
Shipping cost:
Standard shipping is currently available at a $7.99 flat-rate for orders under $99.99. FREE Standard Shipping for orders $99.99 or more (subtotal). Express shipping is provided at $15.99.
Shipping destinations:
BMY currently ships exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping or delivery to U.S. territories, including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or Private Mail Boxes (PMBs). Please provide a valid street address during checkout to ensure successful delivery.
Carrier:
We work with the UPS and USPS. We can't guarantee that your order will be delivered by any specific carrier. If you have a specific situation and can't have your order delivered in a certain way, we ask that you reach out to us before placing an order so we can work with you to try to accommodate your request.
Order Modifications & Cancellations
If you would like to make any modifications to your order, including changes to the shipping address, please contact us by email at hello@bemyyouth.com as soon as possible after placing your order. Once your order has been processed or fulfilled, we are unable to make any further adjustments or changes.
If you would like to cancel your order, please email hello@bemyyouth.com immediately after placing it. Once an order has been processed or fulfilled, we cannot cancel it. If your order has already been shipped, you may return the product for a refund. Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order. See our Returns Policy below.

Returns Policy
What’s not returnable?
- Opened products are not returnable.
- Products in boxes with broken seals are not returnable.
- Items not purchased at www.bemyyouth.com.
- Gift Card Returns: No cancellations or refunds on the purchase of a gift card (final sale).
How do I return unopened products?
- Unopened product return requests must be submitted within 14-days of delivery by contacting us.
- Unopened product/s being returned must be mailed or shipped within 14-days of the date the return was authorized by BMY’s Customer Service.
- Your unopened product(s) must be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase for each product that confirms your name, address, and order number.
- If the returned product(s) is opened and/or damaged in any way, you will not be eligible for a refund.
- If you have initiated the return after the 14-day period has passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
- If we have not received your return within 14-days, you will not be eligible for a refund.

What if my order arrives damaged or defective?
- If your package arrives damaged, defective, or with missing items, please contact us at hello@bemyyouth.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- This process does not require you to return an unopened product – rather, we will assess the damage based on the evidence you provide.
- Include the following details in your email:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging (including the shipping label)
- We will review your request and determine if a replacement, store credit, or refund is applicable.
- Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for resolution.
DISCLAIMER
Please allow 7-14 business days once the return has arrived to our warehouse for return processing and approval.
Please note as a growing company we do not provide return labels or cover cost of shipping.
